Looking for someone to take over my room lease at a private condo at Keppel Bay as I am heading back to Australia. The remainder of the lease is 14 months and is available on April 12. The room comes fully furnished with a private bathroom next to it. This place is quiet and peaceful in a fantastic condo with all the amenities you could ask for: Clubhouse with gymnasium, steam rooms, games room, function room, residents lounge and open terraces, 50m swimming pool with bubble pool, two 25m lap pools (one next to the unit), sea water canals, circular lagoon, Open air Jacuzzis, jogging tracks, fitness circuits complete with fitness stations, 3 tennis courts and a multi-purpose court, 12 conversation and/or BBQ pavilions
It’s a 5-minute walk to Harbourfront MRT and bus depot, Vivocity, Marina Keppel Bay, 24-hour convenience store. The other flatmates are a Spanish-Scottish couple and a Malaysian girl. All are in early to mid-30s, working professionals, very easy going and friendly. There are never any issues and you are welcome to have whomever you like to the house. The current flatmates tend to go out or use the BBQ area if they have a few friends over so the unit is always pretty relaxed and quite.
